All,
Coming up on 15 thousand supply and able to buy a commander going forward. Brits is probably my best faction right now and I have all of the commanders I want. However, I am interested in expanding to USF and Soviets. Partisans and Rifleman commander are the only major ones I am missing.
Which would you recommend for both 1 on 1 and team games?
Thanks for advance.
Which Commander to get: Partisans (SOV) or Rifleman (US)?

Both are great. I'd tip over Partisans, because the playstyle is very nice using this commander. Rifle company is the old "heavy cavalry" commander. It's very nice, but doesn't change much about how you play US

Partysans.
No wait, correction: Definitely partysans.
What can be better than troops with the same stealth as commandos, that arent overpriced and have a not high but still decent DPS? And those with panzerschreck still have the "spawn in the vehicles back, shoot it and snare (occasionaly shoot again)" cheese
Also, that feeling when they spot a vet5 King tiger with 1HP left after secretely camping in front of OKWs repairing HQ for the entire game...

i agree and would definetely go partisans.
while rifleman has fallen out of favour (although it is by no means bad), partisans is very good atm, especially with many soviets going t1 (it is a good alternative to guards)

I think you'll sadly have more options with Partisans as Riflemen Company was reduced to just effectively spamming E8s from the Major build.

If 1v1: partisans.
If 2v2: whatever
If 3v3+: Easy8 commander
As they said, partisans is indeed more flavorful.

Party Sons, all the way. Rahfl Company is only good for the Easy Eight, which isn't as good as Heavy Cav or Armored.

What about Partisans and all their nicknames versus Brits Special Weapons commander?
Which do you find more useful for 1v1, 2v2, and 3v3+ as elchino7 laid out...

Partisans are pretty amazing 1v1. Special Weapons can be pretty solid in a 1v1 as well by giving coverage against light vehicles for that all-important first Cromwell. For me, I'd say its a toss-up on which faction you prefer.
As to higher games, probably Special Weapons, especially with Soviet allies because Vicker K penals supported by PIAT Cons are pretty nuts.
