why in the world did RELIC make the reinforce hotkey the same key as the vehicle disembark ?!

is there a way to have them setup as 2 different hotkeys, so i can stop accidentally stop exiting the vehicle when i merely want to reinforce my infantry ?

What? I think "R" is for reinfocre while "T" is for retreat and disembark.

This retreat - disembark have happened to me a lot. When I try to retreat with my rifleman squad and my micro fails, then I have a vehicle crew jumping out of the tank (often a Sherman), and usually I have a riflemen squad and a tank less after I figured out what happened.

i have "classic hotkeys" off = gridkeys on

so should i use "classic hotkeys" ?

i have to use gridkeys, or i will have to many keys to reassign.

what is the command to select all infantry ? ctrl + ?

is there a command to select all team weapons ?

you're using gridkeys. i'd stay there. i started with classic and grid makes way more sense once you make the transition.

i don't know how to mod it to change the keys, but i know there is a way to do it.

if you double click an infantry unit, it'll select all like units on the screen.

if you don't use control groups, i'd start, since that might help you maintain control of your main units (and obviously allow you to reinforce when they're off-screen).

i figured out how to do it !!!

autohotkey (which i was using already).

ctrl + . = select all infantry
f = reinforce

that way it will only select infantry. no more accidental disembarks !!!

woohoo !!!

here is the actual autohotkey command

$NumpadEnter::
Send ^.
send {f}
send {f}
send {f}
return

it will select all infantry....and reinforce 3x
