* fixed a bug in IE (and upscaled firefox) where the right side of the main menu (My Profile, My Private Messages, etc) was disconnected from the highest level menu, making it impossible to get to via hover

* improved highlight optimize script on portal to serve as low sized highlights as possible with better quality, improving overall quality of our highlights (Seb)

• Added Live Stream icon next to nationality flag in user avatar section
