Brits sniper cannot snipe units from buildngs?

Hi,

Brits sniper cannot snipe units inside buildings?

Is it intended, or bug?

If you click on the building and tell the sniper too attack it, it will rarely kill anything, bug prb

. but if u use attack move it will kill models regulary.

Local bug? My Brit sniper cannot kill anything in building many times. :-(

With Soniet/Ost sniper i dont have this "bug".

use attack move, if you right click the building he will shoot the building

yeah... something about the nature of his rifle makes him attack the structure itself. if you just position him within range of the building he'll shoot at it.

even then, there's reduced accuracy against targets in buildings, so every shot will not necessarily result in a kill.

.... Brit snipe has 100% accuracy on unit in house......

This pops up every couple of months. If you click on the building the sniper will attack the building. If you attack move near the building, the sniper will attack the garrison. (And there are actually a few odd situations in which it makes sense to attack the building.)

Additionally, having the sniper stop while in range of the building will have him shoot people instead of walls.

Yep, the brit sniper has 100% accurancy against garrisons. But some soldiers that are in the building may have lower recived accurancy resulting in a miss. Also sometimes you just can see a noob shooting at the building, which is always funny

Mind that all snipers have accurancies over 100% when shooting at non garrisoned soldiers, so recived accurancy doesn't help there. It does help if you also have retreat bonus though.
