So,i am working on a mod,that should only affect the Russians.
It doesnt,however.
What it does is that it forces the enemy to never progress past T0,and eventually stop making troops at all.
Can anyone shed some light on how this is possible?
Mod breaks enemy AI when it shouldnt.

Well the AI has always been kinda meesed up when you play with a modded game. It has been the case in CoH1 as well

Sure,but this is happening only on this specific mod,my other mods dont cause this,even though the method is the same.

Huh,oddly enough,anything other than 1v1 works fine.
