I think OP forgot a tl:dr I keep getting rekt by Ostheer, plz nerf.
I do agree that Ostrup. are a little too good for their cost, but I'm with Brad that it makes more sense to increase their reinforce time so you can't just endless spam them. I also never really liked the Tiger Ace mechanic either but it's hardly an iWin button, once the initial shock value of it wears off your gimped income will lose you the game if it drags on more often than not.
