Wait, does it work in automatch? I thought the ones with white outlines only showed up in custom games.

This new decal is from Relic. So Yes, it works in automatch.

People complain the Soviets are useless.
Well, they are useless if you fight your units 1vs1. But they are all about Synergy.

Under Graphics options. There's some new choices like "Historical Skins Only" and "Disable vehicle decals" or something like that.

Imperial Dane has turned decals off for his last cast or two.
