My problem is that as USF vs Ost you need to be aggressive to kill the sniper, so you use inf in the early game (massive bleed normally), mid game light vehicles (which often don't get the job done) and then you use tanks which get stunned and destroyed. Maybe its fair to punish aggressive tank play but it seems like the pak stun with a sniper leads to a slow and frustrating defeat almost everytime vs equivalent players.

Eh, it's acceptable on the Pak40. The full stun effect was plain ridiculousness on StuG Gs, but Pak 40s' greater vulnerability prevent it from being the brainless problem "Get 2 StuG Gs, get vet 1, TWP any medium tank that dares show it face to death" was.
If they want to nerf Pak40 TWP, bring it back to when the shot goes to the current location of the target so it takes more timing and skill to use.

Such a ridiculous ability with 0 counterplay. Jackson can't survive this.
Precisely what i mean, the weaker USF tanks cant survive this ability, and you have to be aggressive with USF to stand a chance of winning the late game.

Well, do some scouting then and don't drive your Jackson right into Pak-40's arc of fire?
Another fair weather argument. Things don't always go to plan, sometimes you have no choice but to be aggressive and that the pak shot. But its a long stun time and I think you can work it to be a double shot as well (quick reload) but i'm not sure about that.

Target Weak Point - fine.
*Guards button could be countered by smoke, Guards did not inflict damage, you had to combine few different units to make full use of button while Pak40 simply stuns and snipes itself.
