It has self repair, can cap, and can be given to other players.
IMO the above + its timing make it a high risk/high reward early shock AND harass unit.
Doesn't make up for the lackluster unit. There is a reason it is the second worst USF commander.

You sure its 2nd worst? Pathfinders arty is pretty damn good and comes really early.
Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

222 at 15 fuel does seem rather cheap. It should probably cost at least 20-25 Fuel.

Ehh, I still think recon is worse, none of the abilities are any good.
Actually, did the vet fix fix the extra vision range in cover not reinforcing? It probably did. Still wouldn't make that commander any good though. Personally I value the withdraw and refit more, plus the Jeep is okay, more than what recon offers. Still the second worst commander though. They are pretty close, I can see why people would rather take recon.
