Automatch: Increased wait times?

I mostly play 2v2/3v3/4v4 AI (Easy,Standard or Hard). I select all of these options to have a broad search to match up easier/quicker. But the last week or so, probably since the latest patch, the wait time for a match up seems to have been increased significantly. So much so that I am getting bored of waiting and going and doing other things or playing other games. Are other players experiencing this also?

Wait times are a little longer, and games are a alot more balanced. I like the change.

- People asked for shorter wait times, and got to play against absolute gods and got raped.
They did not appreciate. Asking for longer wait times, but with more appropriate opponents.
- Other people think wait time too long, please watch me with someone, anyone, even if skill
level is wildly different...

... Perhaps... just perhaps... we could decide in-game if we are willing to be more patient,
or if we want to be matched up immediately?

- I recall at the real beginning... when the option was there to match up German vs German
and Soviet vs Soviet. But people howled, and so it was Allied vs Germans. But, yes, if you
play as German, the wait time... may... be... quite... longer...

Solution : Play as allies!

People complain the Soviets are useless.
Well, they are useless if you fight your units 1vs1. But they are all about Synergy.
What do I care if you have a Panther? Once you are crippled from running over a mine
I wait until you repair it with your 3x SturmPioneers and tell my 3x Mortars to fire at it.
did you know Vet 1 Mortars get FLARE?!

In the OP defense he is talking vs AI.

I do not recall one thread (Might of missed one though) were people wanted longer wait times to match skill levels vs AI.
