No. No new factions, no new anything. Focus on fixing the game if you (Relic) want it to become a real esport. Also having the japanese fight alongside OKW on moscow outskirts against brits and the USF doesn't really sound interesting...

It's unavoidable. with all the reluctance of many people, Japan is the most suitable country for a new faction. Italy can not be complete without Germany. The third German faction? Hell no.

I don't know why an Italian faction would need Germans, surely an italian commander must be a german support commander, that's sure, it would be stupid not doing that commander. Anyway, an Italian Army is possible.
I agree with you for adding Japan.
I don't understand why so many people don't want new factions:"No It'll break balance" Ok, at the beginning yes it could be a balance breaker (as brits) but obviously things will get balanced.
If this would be the main problem for adding new factions, therefore we don't new factions and we stay only Ostheer vs Soviets.
My dream is that CoH2 would get 3 new factions: Japan, Italy and Commonwealth (non british army). I think this will make CoH2 really awesome!
PS: oh yes and the same guys saying: No! plz no japps, italians and other nation cuz they suk
I don't understand them.
I have a dream ... that one day, in CoH2, the italian army will be a faction!

I like jap as a faction, it could add some interesting mechanics (as meele combat) but i still say NO for 2 reasons :
1) Balance ( as many said above)
2)Jap even if was axis it wasnt on the europe front. Its not about realsms, but that if we let jap in we must make china apearence too.( SO if it was a expac in west front way my answers goes to YES
)
If a new axis is to be added , it should be Italians or "Axis allies", better reason to be there and some sandy maps would be good , thought reason (1) still lurks

Japanese faction actually would be the last possible faction to be added in game, people are saying that no japs cuz it's other front etc. but tbh, we are already playing with soviets in france and with USA/brits in russia 
Relic is for sure working or have in plans to make Japs as the 6th and finals faction for CoH2

The game is absolutely broken right now. It's fun to play, yes, but it's absolutely screwed up in the game architecture. This has to be fixed until new stuff breaks it even further.
It is though God by command has withdrawn every other throne.
