Suggestion on Bulletin overhaul...

Since bulletin stacking is described as "bug" and the system will received an overhaul I would like to make some suggestions:
1) bulletins should be invisible to enemies,
reason: they tent to give away one's strategies.
2) there should be around 4-5 bulletins for every common unit.
reason: There are more EFA armies bulletins and if duplicates don't work anymore EFA will have advantage in bulletin selection over WFA.
3) total bonus should be around 10% allowing one to sort custom design his army to his needs...
reason:Currently benefits go from 15-5, it should become more standardized...
4) maybe make an option to attach bulletins to commander especially bulletin that affect doctrinal units....
reason: This will make bulletin for doctrinal units easier to use especially for units that can only be found in 1-2 doctrines.


Intel Bulletins were never intended to be stack-able. This issue is going to change. Thanks

2- make them x3 effective

3- make something about duplicates

I only know one builtin that dosnt stack, the T34/85 armor bulletin (Good Enough For Army Work). Check the database if you want.

Anyway, I wouldn't really want more effective bulletins since you could jam multiple bulletins of different variety for one unit together to buff it e.g recruit, officer and veteran training for basic riflemen.

The only thing I hope is that they will have a solution for duplicates, apart from that im fine. Nothing is more infuriating than getting something you already have multiple times were its worthless.

If duplicates are solved, main issue would be fixed (in my opinion anyway).

P.s bulletins invisible to the other team? How about we make it the commanders invisible too? Actually, that would be interesting, but I disagree overall.

if my 15% increased fire rate on 3 flanking t34s still cant net a panther kill 3v1 without losing 1 then I say burn the whole thing down.
