Why are relic so bad at patching?

Every singel time, thiere is a patch out they totaly break the meta and creat a new, that is more op than the last, srsly it should be called company of find the op units. At the start it was the shocktroops, then it was the elit doctrine, then the elit rifle men and so on. How hard can it be to just patch the game to make it balanced the game has been out for 3 years now and the blance has gone nowere, its simply find the current op strategy for the current patch.

What a surprise, balance isn't perfect when in three years they've added 3 factions and plenty of new commanders.

To answer OP, it's simple. Game has been constantly changing by adding commanders and factions.
While i don't defend the time it takes for some patchs to start rolling or that other methods could be implemented to improve balance through community involvement, there are other better ways to start a thread besides a simple rant.
