American Mortar - what happened

I'm currently modding what I think USF tech should be, here's a peak: (with no officers)

T0: Nerfed Rifles, 15 fuel WC51 driven by REs, ambulance

T1: HMG, mortar, 30 fuel Greyhound, M3 Halftrack (support only like AA one, group repair and ability buffs)

T2: AT gun, Stuart, buffed AA track, HMC

T3: Sherman, Jackson, buffed Pack Howie, 30 fuel command M20 that has better sight range, and can mark vehicle target/coordinate pack howitzer and mortar fire like artillery field officer.

Okay now to officers: once 3 of one unit from each tier is bought that tiers officer comes to the field automatically, because of this officers are buffed:

LT is a tanky shock unit that can compensate for the nerfed rifles

Captain is a group buff guy with On Me! and a defense version, no more supervise. I admit it promotes blob play :(

Major abilities aren't a waste of munitions and he loses FRP because they are cancer, so now he must be used like a caster.

I know this is OT, I'm just curious honestly if it's good

Interestin', are you keeping the fuel costs and requirements of all the tiers the same?

I'm making LT 40 fuel and captain 70. Major up to 130 fuel.

Also AT nade and smoke swapped from vet to package and vice versa

Also this.

One more thing, to ensure rifleman usefulness for late game, you could add a global upgrade that restore rifleman stats.

^ that's a little too much imo, USF medium armor is fine which is why I left it untouched save for repair critical which has been made doctrinal. M20 Mark target is there to sate any needs for high damage on targets. (While Jackson vet 1 and 57mm ap rounds supply the penetration.)

Maybe I'll swap priest for pack Howie... maybe.

I fully expect it to be in the next USA commander. AKA it will be its main draw.

Hello

Isn't tht M1 75mm Pack Howitzer quite similar to a mortar in its application?

Kozo.
