My place in the ladder is irrelevant as long as I am matched with opponents of the same rank and play all factions (balance at place 1000+ is no different from balance in top 100 if we consider what I said before the brakets) so I don't care about your assertion which is also irrelevant.

Not like people also complain about bazooka blobs or the fact that StrumPios, Fallshims, and Vetted Obers are the picture of "overwhelming AI".
Yes Shrek blobs and Double 1919 Rifles are probably more common but are also predicated on heavy Muni investments. Both Armies are more than capable of having different army compositions. (I assume that's what he's talking about anyway). Still, an Ostheer player who dumps all his Muni into Shrek PanzerGrenadiers or a Soviet player who builds a shit-ton of PPSH Cons is no different - it doesn't really mean anything.
