ESPN creates Esport section

Today, ESPN created a subsection on their online presence for Esports. There are many stories about League of Legends, DOTA, and other games including schedules for upcoming events across the Esports scene.

This to me is a HUGE thing to be recognized by ESPN in this manner.

A german website called sport1.de has it also, since like 2 years, they only take games which adress a very huge audience, such as cs go, dota, lol, as you just said. Of course coh2 would be nice to be there, but since coh2 doesnt reach their audience. :/

i remember TI (DOTA 2 Championship) was shown on ESPN last year and was a huge hit. I think they are definitely trying to tap into the ESPORTS market.

aerafield: @LimaOscarMike I would say nowadays is a decent time to try CoH3. If you loved CoH2 however, there is a solid chance you're gonna dislike CoH3

Rosbone: But I agree, the cost to get a full decent Coh game pushing $115 US is not the best idea. Especially when it needs so much more work for casuals.
