I am surprised they do, since allot of the post are flaming, toxic or trolling...
We should all try to present our views in a more civilized manner, avoid personal remarks and provoking terms like L2P and noob...

It's a testament to good character if one can read those who damn him, who label him, and who provoke him and be unaffected by it. Every human on the planet ought develop such a disposition, not that everyone's predisposed to that attitude or can, in the end, develop it.
The people who accept the blows of others quietly and without an outward sign (and, hopefully, no inward disturbances) ought be praised for their emotional fortitude and integrity. Those who do not ought be admonished and strengthened in healthy mental dispositions instead of coddled, enabled, or appeased.
But, yes, we all also should present things in a civilized manner, free from ad hominem, red herrings (intentional or otherwise), and logical contradictions.
Both parties have oughts and ought nots, the oughts often contingent on the ought nots of the other.

1) Not everything in the balance forum is worth reading.
2) If everything was community sourced the game would go in strange directions.
Relic never balance based solely on forums they pick and choose the best ideas and suggestions and chuck them in a balance mod alongside their own changes.
