Being level 300 doesn't auto = a good player. There are many many bad players who have thousand of hours in the game. Equally not being level 300 doesn't auto = crap player.
Regardless of what level people are, matchmaker will often favour axis compared to allies in 4's, so you have it relatively easy compared to automatching as allies.

you know i want block feature, i want block them, they must play normal skirmish
this game need block feature, this feature dont need dedicated server, dont need new engine, so why we dont have block ?

To reduce the playerpool for all of your team and yourself not to mention a global feature like this would let everyone block players? I hope you're trolling. That would kill the game, you just block better players than yourself.
The internal battery has run dry, the game can now be played. However, clock based events will no longer occur.

Just an example I know a person who have played this game for 1500 hours and he sucks so much, 4v4 ranks were around 40k before the "Inactive" leaderboard update.
He said that OKW should be buffed at the time of a December update when axis had 90% winrates in top150

What would be kind of a nice fix. Is that they will only match AT vs AT. I know it would cause other problems such as long searching times and such. But it would help.

It won't. It would just be high rank AT stomping low level AT.
It's simple: there's not enough good players in order to be matched with other good players.
I'm gonna put a harsh example that occur to me on the last week and made me realize how bad it's the situation. 6/8 months ago i was around rank 30/70 on 2v2 AT. Then i entered a hiatus with my partner and play once 2 weeks ago. Lost 1 game as Axis (against 200) and won one as Allies (against +2000. 10min stomp). Our axis rank was 141 and 40ish as Allies. This, 8 months ago, would had been impossible. Either AT mmr/elo decay doesn't exist (which i'm sure it there for 1v1 at least) or there's really few people playing at high level.

ppl need to understand that friggin level which you see when you flip the playercard does not mean no frigging thing. I can see why those on steam forums don't understand, cos they all 5000+rank noobs ;But on coh2.org?!
