I think this ability has been f*cked up for good by Relic.
Sector artillery has been changed to Light Mortar... LIGHT... mortar...
Its 200MU now, but still you must cut off enemy territories because it targets only isolated enemy sectors. Light mortars barely harm infantry, but mostly they dont do sh*t. This is too much effort for such a garbage light mortar strike.. Close the Pocket my a**.
Another ability nerfed to the ground... Good job!
FIX: Change it to attack perimeter instead of isolated sectors! The commander is already underused because Relic do not care about broken axis infantry like stormtroopers.. Now that the only fun factor has been f*cked up, who would choose such a sh*tty commander?

Close the pocket nerfed?, but its supposed give you huge reward for high risk gameplay by rushing to the enemy´s cut-off and holding it until you manage to activate it, could someone test the ability, since it used to drop 105mm shells and panzerwerfer rockets on the enemy

3. Let enemy cap your territory
4. Cut choke point.
5. close the pocket
6. Watch as enemy vaporizes.
BTW it drops light mortar to uncutted areas.
Awesome life saver in team games. IT just has that personal "I hate you" ring in it like spamming air supremacy (<- is this nerfed? it does hurt as much as it used to)...

You either get out of the cut off sectors or die. It's overpowered brokenness is balanced by it's requirement.

Dont forget those little strips of territory that connect the resources. Like on Langreskaya the middle vp connects even though north cutoff is decapped. Also Close the Pocket was never changed. You need to go back to elementary school if you cant read patch notes.
