Instead of sniping/crushing inf and hard countering OKW T2/T3 and Ost T2 and T3 to some extent? Either At or AI, anything else is IMBA.

I see the Stuart as a jack of all trades, master of none. Hardly coutnerigng Ostheer tier three.

I much prefer to see the Scott in T3 as it will have enough time to "shine" while moving the stuart to T4, improving it crit abilities to be used as a reliable snare platform.

USF T2 Could receive multiple buffs then.

like all usf tanks its got paper armor so to me its worth the trade-off especially with the current patch okw can get their panzer II out even faster and kubel can cap

My place in the ladder is irrelevant as long as I am matched with opponents of the same rank and play all factions (balance at place 1000+ is no different from balance in top 100 if we consider what I said before the brakets) so I don't care about your assertion which is also irrelevant.
