It should happen only after you build kingitiger before 15 minute mark so players are punished if they go for early KT in 2vs2 + game modes

+1 Cookiez once again showing that he is the master of the balance forums when it comes to finding broken overpowered changes with each new patch.

The new color is horrible.
If it doesn't get changed to player color, as each player sees it (yellow-green-teal etc for allies, red-pink-purple etc for enemies), then please revert back to the old scheme. It was functional enough.
