So these dudes are the only remaining ones who haven't received much luv yet. There is only one doc being played at the moment and we all know what it is, the reason being all the other docs suck or are not competitive, the abilities and units included have not received any stats update to become on par with the other factions and simply there has not been any new DLC/CMDer.

After DP soviets will have hard time agains okw becuase okw will have same amoung as conscripts . Conscripts win only at short range , same cover and okw will also have sturmpio.
OKW late game will cruh soviets

Sovjets have a lots of units. Relic can just improve them. Especially the T-34/76, so that people use that tank which is Tank of the World War 2. Relic could also give us the KV-1 tank to tier 4. And make the existing commanders better, for example give us the Shocks and T-34/85 combination for example by changing the KV-1 in the Counterattack doctrine to T-34/85.

better penal and t34-76, which I guess mean option 4.

( I dislike the terminator vet on the conscript but they need it).

How about giving Soviets just two buildings? Like one for T1+ T2 the other for T3+T4. Adjust the fuel price so t34 doesnt hit the field too early or make a small fuel cost like britsh anvil hammer specializations so you can produce tanks

I think that among stock units Penals need something to make them better. Other than that, some of the commanders could really use a buff or small rework akin to Rifle Company, e.g. Defensive Tactics or NKVD Rifle Disruption.

How about giving Soviets just two buildings? Like one for T1+ T2 the other for T3+T4. Adjust the fuel price so t34 doesnt hit the field too early or make a small fuel cost like britsh anvil hammer specializations so you can produce tanks


My ideas are in a similar vein, redesigning SU and Ost so their tech matches with the new factions. SU and Ost have 4 levels of tech to pay for, everyone else has just 3.

SU combine t1 and t2 into one building. Adjust cost of new building. Move maxim to HQ, remove penals from core and add them to commanders. Leave t3 and 4 as they are just with cost that compares to other factions.

Ost combine t1 and t2, move grenadiers to HQ. Adjust cost of new building. T3 and 4 swap pIV with panzerwerfer and reduce cost of pIV (so its a nice cheaper generalist). Scale new t3 and t4 to be like other factions.

It'd solve sov's problem of t34 being cheap enough but too late, and pIV's problem of being early but too expensive.

t1 is cheap enough. the problem is that only the sniper is any good pass the 7 min mark.

Why can't we select minor changes of minor buffs? Everything is major or complete overhaul. Soviets are solid, some units are just a little underpowered.

(Buffing forgotten and abandoned Units/Docs should be the priority for all the factions, since people dont even mention the WC51 truck of the USF anymore)

Soviets need new doctrines, stock Conscript anti-inf package, fixing unless commanders.

I don't really think any one of these focus points are the major factor. Some units need buffs, T4 needs some work, a lot of docs wouldn't be terrible (Conscripts Support Tactics actually ain't terrible now, for one) if stock made up for their absence of units from commanders that are preferred, some doc options need buffs...

My highest (abysmal) rank is with Soviets. I'm clearly doing this wrong, I need help from an allied fanboy to improve my bias :snfPeter:

Honestly, I don't think they need much. They plentiful/cheap mainline infantry with lots of utility and solid support weapons. Their vehicles are cheap + weak but that's as much of advantage as it is a strength.

I wouldn't mind combat engineers and penals getting some buffs but I think the rest of their arsenal is performing fine.

How about showing some basic levels of respect? Manipulationg other players' content is not that cute. I would have included that option if I wanted to. It is not about whether they need improvements or not, it is about how it could be done.
