That beggs me the question: Is there a particular issues thread by sega, relic or gamereplays, which the relic devs started to collect all coh1 related issues (including hacks) for fixing? If so posting stuff here won´t be as helpful as posting it there.


Nope. Nothing. I tried to contact Noun and talk about this problem, offering my help and asking what we can do to support Relic the best. Guess what, no reaction.

I simply don´t get it. There are so many people around here who want to help, why would you ignore them? Other companys have to pay money for the things people offering here for free.

GeneralCH, if you got the time can you open a thread, call it CoH1 Steam issues list or somethign like that so we can start to collect the problemes? Maybe some moderator could pin it and someone who hast regular contact with Noun can send him the link? Just to make a start.. .

Also there is a big lack of information. How is the status of the patch process? Which points are on this "most pressing issues" list?

I know exactly what u mean - lol.

It seems that at any given time I can get a faster and more importantly better (skill lvl) matched game for Coh1 then for Coh2.
If the cause for this is indeed the smaller player pool then this does bode ill for Coh2's online segment unless something happens fast ...

the game is broken, ranked matches higher than 1vs1 is not possible to play (connect) that need to be fixed!

That's interesting.
I've only been playing 1v1s since the Steam transition of Coh1.

If the other game modes are indeed broken - well, that would explain the faster and superior matchmaking of Coh1 as all players are forced into that one game mode.

Each Time I look at this thread I imagine a bright Future of Coh1 filled with tourneys, all the candy and sweets anyone could ever want, but it darn relic makes it feel like it won't be possible.

We were going to launch a beta for the new CoH updates this week, but things didn't progress quite as well as we've hoped and we're pushing it back.

But we'll hopefully be able to open that up in the coming weeks as long as there's no more setbacks.

KoRneY: @aerafield It's possible that it is underpriced for what it is capable of now, no need to go full retard and take it immediately as a massive problem. It costs 60 more MP than a pz.3 and in 2v2 the barrage can be quite strong.

Rosbone: But this last patch has made good progress for grabbing players. All we can hope is Coh3 gets to Coh2s quality level before everyone abandons the franchise. Its Relic so they will completely f*%k it up as usual. But its a hope/cope.
