Sturm Offizier Needs A Follow Function

Pretty simple suggestion. The OKW Breakthrough Doctrine's Sturm Offizier needs a "Follow Squad" function so he isn't such a pain to micro about. British Officers in CoH1 had this function, so I can't imagine that it would be particularly difficult to implement.

We do not want another British blob re-skinned as the OKW. That would be a complete nightmare and just would not go well with those who have experienced the issue before in the first Company of Heroes.

This suggestion would encourage blobbing because it will make the life of OKW player so much easier.

... Just remove the guy from the game then. If a unit encourages blobbing - and the Sturm Offizier does - it should go or else be reworked. But I rather dislike needless "micro-taxes."
