...I reinstalled Windows (Win 10 clean install) and updated it via the Windows Update...
1. Upgrade to Windows 8 or even better Windows 7.
2. ???
3. Profit.

I dont get this memory leak thing. Played friday 10 or more matches in a row. No problems.
I got an Intel i5 and Intel HD Graphics 4000. All settings on lowest, replays disabled but resolution quite high. Sorry, cant check atm because I have no access to my laptop atm.
Maybe try disable replays and see if this helps with your memory leak problem. I noticed it gives a huge fps boost to. I think the replay system is causing a lot of problems.

Now from what I've been told, and feel free to correct me if I"m wrong, but it basically is that your memory usage increases each game you play until your pc has no ram left for use and which you get that memory error or a bugsplat. Now i"m going to assume you play 1v1's mostly because of your signature, and 1v1's take up way less memory than 4v4's or 3v3's do.

intel hd graphic 4000 with high resolution...emh....
1280x768 (Widescreen).
Usually I have to play games on 800x600
Compared to others its probaly not a high resolution, but I'm quite happy with it.

Relic get your shit together. Not being able to identify an issue so severe and so spread for such an experienced team is just below criticism.
Do some compatibility testing. I can give you some tips about that.
All the people posting in this thread already started gathering money. We are buying a Sturm Tiger. We are coming for your QA team.

Thats the Fix for Bugsplats with amd drivers and then you can normaly update the drivers
UPDATE: Judging from the comments this works for some people and not work for others well here is a possible fix. Windows released some updates a while back and few years ago which mess up your video out black screen and the blue screen problem. While they did tell us to uninstall it they never released a patch for those that didn't. There are quite a few but this one of the most notorious one I know of (KB2670838). Here what to do.
1. go to "control panel"
2.click on "program and features"
3.on the left hand side click on "view installed updates"
4.copy and paste (KB2670838) to the "search bar" located in the top right corner
5.If you have the update uninstall (it's ok it was optional won't effect your system)
6.restart PC should be working now.
This can fix games not loading or giving a blank black screen when launched as well as fraps just having a black screen. There tutorials you can find on youtube about rubbish updates from windows that cause BSoD and how uninstall them. Hope this helps and remember there are other updates that can cause this too.
