The next expansion will be w axis force, and the French neither match the timeline or have the vehicles necessary to compete with the current factions. So no.

Whenever I face USF as OKW, it feels like I have been strapped down into a mental hospital wheelchair, with legs that can't reach the floor to move myself forward and a nurse is trying to move the wheelchair backwards whilst I have to race a formula one car for a best of three laps.

relic doesn't actually care about having a complete world war 2 experience. If they did the axis would have Italians and Japanese. Instead they rather pander to the the germaphile base. The only new faction will probably just be another German faction so they can make easy cash.
