As the title says, the game won't allow for deleting of British warspoils (bulletins, skins, commanders). There is a delete option when right clicking on them, but selecting it does nothing.
This is an issue for players who are close to or at the warspoils cap of 1000 (why does this exist?). Once you reach 1000 not only do you not receive new warspoils, but it screws with your load out (bulletins and skins disappear in game).

Because Relic never expected someone would reach 1000 warspoils so fast

Another bug with war spoils that has never been fixed is the one in which after being awarded new war spoils, and these war spoils being examined after the game, the screen displaying them cannot be closed after hitting ok. It immediately loads another identical screen. This requires the player quit the game to access menu's again.
