As I said above, the reduced teching costs freed up quite a it of manpower both in the early and mid game. So while it might not have been the changes you wanted, they did do something.

OKW needs help next. I guess I'm a masochist because I started with USF 1v1, then switched to OKW a few weeks ago. Guess I like a challenge :P

But seriously, these changes are going to make life even harder for OKW vs USF. Obersoldaten and Falls need a slight durability buff, panzerjadg a small penetration buff, sturm pios should build faster. Plz chainj. Wil luv.

Awesome changes, I agree with pretty much all of them! It's nice that they fixed the Sturmtigers AoE especially. I just hope they fix the rest of the bugs in Elite Armored soon!


I just wish that they fix the HEAT Rounds so that they just fire as normal shots for like 30 seconds, then they'll be finaly usefull Kappa.

Quick Question: Does the Vet3 on infantry section only increases the power of the 2 scoped enflied or the squad in general? (In theory, I know it was bugged)


vet 3 also provide a squad buff in addition to the scoped lee enfield.

Also, did they ever respond to the popular suggestion of giving the flame grenade to sturmpios instead of volks? I'm interested as to whether they had any good balance reasons against it.


They should have let us try that when there was still some time to go in the balance preview - It just doesn't seem right this way.

This is the only change that I genuinly dislike.


They must at least POLISH the new incendiary properly;
currently, in the Preview patch, it has
1) the molotov throwing animation. It is too slow, so the grenade flies before the animation finishes. It looks glitchy. The old throwing animation of their former grenade needs to return here.

2) The 'projectile' thrown is actually a molotov! If they are going for the PE retro-feel here, then the 'projectile' should look like a normal grenade, and only upon detonation should it burst in flames. (This would also retain some of the iconic feel to the recognizeable grenade model).


^^To see such unifinished animations and detalis in the live version would be rather underwhelming.

It's gonna be Rifle Company of Heroes 2. But overall it looks good. Looking forward to the new maps.


Infantry Company of heroes 2. 0cp sandbags and mines for Riflemen. Mortar halftrack that performs close to the Ostheer one ( + fuse barage rek OKW buildings), double LMG riflemen vet3 :snfQuinn:.

But all this does not matter because Soviet will be strongest by far in 1v1. The ability to get T1 and T2 up for free (almost) is amazing. :luvCarrot:

I don't know what will be the outcome but I do know that the tuning mods cannot include graphical and engine changes only values so it maybe that there is a proper animation in the live patch
