Sturm Offizier

This Officer and his squad inspire nearby units to fight harder and has a number of abilities to weaken enemy units. If the Sturm Offizier is killed, nearby units will retreat.

This Officer is escorted by his Obersoldaten bodyguards, effective at range.

Veterancy bonuses inspiration from:

Artillery Field Officer,
USF Lieutenant, Captain, Major ,
Obersoldaten ( Sturm Offizier has Obersoldaten bodyguards.)

Yes, Relic should add veterancy to Sturm Offizier, maybe not exactly but it should.

+1 to giving this poor fella some veterancy bonuses ofc that would mean some nerfs to his skills/ aura ( maybe make them unlocked with vet ) removing the mass retreat with vet 4-5 would be a nice addon too

His aura should work like the Command Panthers, getting stronger as he Vet's up. Honestly right now I don't like using him because the risk of a forced retreat is to strong.

If he did get Veterancy, I think toning down his baseline command aura is in order, and then it improves with experience until it's equal to the current aura at vet2 or 3, and surpasses it afterwards.

If the unit gets any vet-related buffs to itself, they should just be ability unlocks or survival related, rather than making the unit better at combat. For example the ability to make an enemy unit retreat would be a good vet unlock example. Maybe at vet4 or 5 you no longer suffer a retreat if he dies? Stuff like that, rather than numerical boosts.
