Partisan cost reduced back to 210 now that they do less damage
Fixed an issue with partisans not camouflaging properly
Panzerwerfer Damage profile reduce to 1/0.5/3 because previous damage profile was way too lethal
Fixed an issue of default bren lmg not gaining sniper bonus damage
Comet health back to 800 because we pushed back hammer tech
Platoon Command post cost decreased to 280/35 to 180/30 offsetting manpower cost to the upgrades
AEC upgrade cost changed to 100/15 and research time from 5 to 30
Bofors upgrade cost increased from 50/10 to 100/15 research time increased to 30 seconds
Company Command post cost decreased from 360/115 to 280/100
Hammer Specialization changed from 250/50 to 200/60
Anvil Specialization changed from 250/50 to 200/60
Fixed issue with gliders not being able to build medics
Added warning smoke + 4 second delay to artillery cover + vehicle stun replaced with weapon disable critical

Trying to rely only on basic infantry, vickers, at guns may prove difficult but we'll see how it goes.

teching to teir 3 vehicles in theory is faster however thats assuming you dont build a bofors or an aec.

Brad are you guys going to address the reverting of the AoE damage at far for the Sturmtiger to .05 from .3? Because it's put a huge damper on the units effectiveness.

Brad, are you guys looking into the severe manpower bleed that the Brits have? That double Wehr delta force sniper team stuff absolutely destroys Inf sections with having the nice bonus of having to pay 35 manpower per guy.
yes, they are, why to you think they decreased all mp tech cost...

Still 35 manpower per guy, changes of 50-100 manpower for tech doesn't solve the issue, it helps though.

Yes that was not intended to change back to 0.05

universal carrier will now hard counter the sniper with its 50% accuracy against them (See previous notes.) and the increase detection radius by OVER 200%. (See previous notes.)

Also I think it would make sense to give any unit with camouflage a hold fire ability, especially a 4 man mp-40 squad. You could get some really really good use out of the AT partisans by laying a mine, camo'ing and waiting for a good opportunity to open fire on a vehicle.
