Hi players and fans. As you know from the rules, if we have to do a Round-of-256 (if more than 128 players show up and check in), it will be Best-of-1 with mirror matches allowed. Apologies for this situation, but with consideration for time constraints, we feel this is the best option. The last four rounds (Round-of-128 to Round-of-16) will be the traditional Best-of-3 format.
If you had to play one of these cut-throat Best-of-1 matches, which map would you like to play it on? Which map do you feel is the most balanced between the two starting positions? I'm not making any guarantees, but your opinions will be considered as we finalize the maplist this weekend. Also of note, the 7 maps listed above are our primary candidates for the OCF Map Pool!

Permanently BannedHands down the new Langreskya, pretty much the most balanced map in the game right now.

For me personally, anything but angoville, that maps needs a lot of work still imo. Voted for Arnhem, because its new, epic and the cuttofs are mirrored.

I like the improvements they made to Langreskya, but I still wouldn't want to play it. The games in langres tend to be boring to play/watch especially if mirror matches are allowed. Ost vs. ost probably pretty similiar builds and RNG would also play bigger factor in those games than normal axis vs. allies.
