CAS might not be OP now, it kinda isn't imo, but the main thing with it is that fighting against so called "skill planes" is not fun for anyone.
and this commander has two of them, 30 muni recon and stuka dive bomb which nullifies more interesting strat utilising ml20 or what not.

making the planes do two passes and only firing on the second would at least allow people warning. even with the slight delay nerf there are situations where the pinning plane is undodgeable.
