I recently reinstalled CoH1. Its installed, but when I click the play button some dumb Steam ad pops up and nothing else happens. Yes, I installed the New Steam Version.
Any idea how to fix this bullshit?

Check for the files integrety in the steam options, should work after that.

I tried this, but when I go to CoH1 > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache I cant click it.
*EDIT: Hmmm oke. Seems I just can't start it with Family Sharing...

.... you've to do this from account that owns the game.
They have this popup to request sharing - which does not work (i think they're also aware of bug)
To enable Family Library Sharing, first be sure you have Steam Guard security enabled via Steam > Settings > Account in the Steam Client. Then enable the sharing feature via Settings > Family, (or in Big Picture mode, Settings > Family Library Sharing,) where you'll also authorize specific computers and users to share.

It was kind of a dumb thing honestly. I got CoH1 on a different account with Family Sharing. Had to run it first from my other account, now it works with my other one to.
