Does it already give some hacker or cheat tools for CoH2?

I was playing a game today and was streaming it but i am wondering a bit how thats possible.
I get first a nice game but more and more we go longer into the battles and more i had the feeling there is something wrong...
I played as german and my opposite player spammed first conscripts and at start i got 3 conscripts at once i thinked ok with time is maybe possible but longer into the game i killed more than i get losses and stil was overrunned from conscripts.. and most times 2 squads at once on each different places from the map.
After that i made pg spam and played and i saw than at the end 6 or 7 t34...
I thinked dafuq is that now...
I wouls ask if the replays are not saved into a folder or somethng to get easer verification but luckyly i streaed it and i gonna look now to erase my doubts.

But if some one already had some hacker supection please write it here or look ur replays, and streaming is also helpfully


Self if some guys by read this think i am abusing i will save the stream video and if its possible make it here and you will understand why i had this doubt...

ok i looked the stream now and at the end effect i must say its realy so.
He maybe can retreat often his conscripts but only 1 from the squad survive. By calculatng his cost to reform his conscripts its higher than me and reform my PG losses.
By tring to calculate his population he had more than 100 population by possessing 8 concripts squad 2 at guns 1 mortar and 7 or 8 t34s...

I just hope relic gonna put on the same anticheat tool like in CoH(1 folder more or tring to cheat= sync error or maybe better)

Stream quality is not that good but i gonna change itnow i think sxplit is not good enough for the quality

I saw we can look it after the battle but never saw that we can ave it...
Just on the moment i push next and goes to main menu so no longer possible to view the replays^^
