Will all the 1 round qualifiers be mirror matches? Or only if the participants agree on that?

Ok i undesrtand everithing , even how to make a costum match with that player i have just one question ?

Where I need to make a thread about starting a match ?
(i think in coh2.org but i dont know where exactly)

On the day of the tournament, all players must check in and idle in the COH2.ORG Steam group chat. How to check in:
Join the COH2.ORG Steam group chatroom
Chat the following message: '<RedBeard> checking in.'
Check the list on googledocs,to see that you've been confirmed by the Referees.
After the check-in period, we'll make the brackets on Challonge. Once you find your opponent, you can make your match thread and start your games.

The Open Qualification Tournament is open to everyone. A sign-up thread will go live on Sunday, September 6th, at 15:00h GMT. Register in the sign-up thread with your Steam Name and 17-digit SteamID. Smurfing is prohibited. You must play with the exact Steam Name that you use in your sign-up post. The Registration period ends on Friday, September 18th, at midnight GMT.

That's not correct. The tourney starts at 17:00h CEST. The check-period will be from 15:00h - 16:45h CEST. It's best to check the rules:



After the All-Star Game, the ticker will have a countdown to the opening of the check-in period.


We are not yet ready to finalize the maplist or commanders, but we are working on it right now.
