OKW medium tank bulletins

When WFA launched default tank bulletins were for M4A3 and Panther. Now that the PIV is the OKW medium bulletins for it should be unlocked for everyone. Very small gripe.

OKW has one PIV bulletin. The best one actually; an armor one that stacks. I can rev the frontal armor on my PIV's up to 270 since I have three of them.

altho they stack, armor bulletins are largly useless.
a jakson has 85% chance to penetrate the okw p4
with all three bulletins that chance goes down to 75%

It's saved my ass (and won me games) so I'll take it. A 10% Less chance to pen is fairly huge.
