My spec now with highest graphic effect:

CPU: Intel i5-4670K Haswell 3.4GHz OC @ 4.0GHz with Corsair H80i Water Cooling
RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR3-1600 8GB
MB: Gigabyte Z87X-UD3H
Display: ASUS GTX 670 DirectCU II OC
SSD: Plextor M5Pro 256GB

AND IT IS STILL FUCKING LAG IN BLIZZARD, WTF Relic?

So what's wrong with it?
CPU frequency not high enough?
Nvidia still not supporting CoH2 well?

And why the hell is my loading speed not much faster than some random guy? Everyone using SSD now?

You could probably play BF4 on high settings with that rig, but not this game with 2009 graphics. hahahaha.

I found out the problem

Now, OC@ 4.2GHz, temperature rise to 70 degree Celsius

I need some better fans for the heatsink

It's the Gameplay Resolution devouring my FPS

150% would give me about 15~25 fps under Blizzard, 100% give 35 fps for lowest, 50 for average

That's not the problem. The problem is that it's badly optimized, 70 degrees is fine.
