Using stats from http://coh-moderncombat.com/CoH2Stats/, I came up with a short list of units parameters. Currently I've just got the non-weaponry stats of tracked AFVs. If the owner of COH2 stats would like this taken down do let me know- I'll comply asap. It may also not be completely accurate.



Asterisks mark vehicles not in-game as of the current beta.




Here are the DPS stats and range for the above vehicles. P4 Command tank data is not available on the website. The Ostwind, as far as I know, fires 8 shots with a 0.6 second delay between. There is a five second reload. This gives 320 damage per volley, every 9.8 seconds, or 32.653 DPS.



Here are the non-damage stats of light vehicles. This is pretty boring- most light vehicles are mirrors of each other in health and armor. Of note is that the 251 armor might not be up to date- I'm pretty sure it's thicker than that of the scout car.

Please add damage/penetration/reload time (and whatever else determines DPS), this chart is awesome but would be even more awesome then.

lol, i look at these stats and i want to laugh so hard.... Tiger having 130 armor better than panther?? ISU less than P4?!?! Sturmpanzer slightly better than p4 lol and ofc Elefant that has 270 frontal armor when it had in real 200mm

u are a joke, u want real armor stats while tanks shoot 10 meters aways...

I'm not so sure about the "Ideal DPS" column. Doesn't it matter a lot on penetration? But according to this T70 and Tiger have the same "ideal DPS" which doesn't seem right.

Does anyone know what the penetration/armor mechanic/formula is in CoH2?

In CoH1, stats related to reloading were pretty hard to interpret because some weapons like the mg42 would do 3 or so long bursts with little time between them, then reload for several seconds. With this, DPS calculations can be pretty nifty.

About Tiger and T70 having the same DPS: Of course the lower penetration will make the T70 much less effective against medium and larger tanks. 4 or so small attacks with low penetration do very little vs. armor when compared to one large attack with huge penetration. However, against infantry the DPS being roughly equal sounds right and fair. Also take into account that the tiger has more AoE splash damage, increasing its DPS a bit more vs. infantry.

The DPS is only on the main gun though, right? There's also a secondary top gunner.

Are these stats updated for this week's patch yet?

DPS is only on the main gun. KV-8's flamethrower isn't shown either. The top two charts have been updated for the recent patch.

Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.
