Usualy I see people using two or three same buleetins.I wonder how they do that,because when I got the bulletin that I already had,the newly-possessed bulletin simply disappear.
For example,I have recevived the Grim Reaper Tool bulletin ,which reduces munition cost for shreks ,for at least 3 times,but I can only equip one in my loadout.

Launch CoH 2
Go to your inventory
Go to bulletins
Click on "hidden duplicates"
Example (spanish version)

Just remember that some bulletins dont always stack so you just have to test it yourself, but most people think that "ARMOR" bulletins dont stack, but others should work just fine
