Each one has a unique ability that makes flanking almost impossible or not worth the losses. Their hitpoints should be reduced down to 480, something equal to M36.

Their reptilian cheesy vet abilities are good enough to justify their cost, which is already cheap .

Can you please go back to the official forums or steam forums?

Both thier abilities make them extremely slow and easy to flank. Pair that with pathing and either of these TDs flankwd never ends well.

Damn this tricky wording. I voted "No" because I was responding to the thread title. NO I don't think that the SU85 and the Jagdpanzer need to be more vulnerable. But to the poll question, I should have voted YES that the amount of health they have is OK. Tea Maker, just stop.

Same mistake, 640 for turretless TD is ok, however 800 is questionable.

Damn, where has all this salt against the JP IV come from?
It's a tank hunter that can only hunt medium tanks and falters to penetrate heavy tanks such as IS2. It's hiding ability turns it into a snail and won't grant him any buffs until Vet 5.

And in addition: Nerfing Su85? Really? I currently see that tank as often as a SU-76.

2x JPz.IV kill ISU-152 (another snail after nerf) with ease despite penetration fails. Or by "heavy tanks " you've meant IS-2 only?

SU-85 is a very frequent guest in 4v4.

Shut up tea maker, my vote and the vote of at least newvan also are in the wrong column. You're bad at making polls. Our two votes would flip the percentages and refute your whining.

JPIV just needs its stealth to not work in combat (give it hold fire!) and problem solved.

No problem with SU-85.

They aren't fine. The SU85 has a sick ROF and with it's special ability it can sight for itself.

The JPIV has a strong front, best vet bonuses in game and its "you could see me just now, LOL not anymore" ability is kinda nonsense. Specially against USF.

SU-85 Rate of Fire is strong but its hardly overpowered. And the spotting ability you're speaking of makes it MORE vulnerable to flanking and being overrun by fast tanks, not less. Cuz, y'know, focused sight slows the vehicle down AND restricts its field of view to a relatively narrow arc. The OP makes it seem like the focused sight ability makes it an unflankable hovertank or something.

I can't say as much for the JPzIV because of how rarely I tend to see it in 1v1, and how rarely I see people use the roflmao active camo ability, but honestly that really just needs a slight tweak to prevent it from re-activating in combat. It's health and armor are fine for what it's expected to have to deal with and for its cost for OKW. Besides, the gun on the Jagdpanzer IV isn't horrible but its' certainly not an ISU-152 or an Elephant gun.

Edit: Also lel at the stark difference between the thread title and the poll question. My vote definitely went to the wrong side. Nice work there.

The only thing that needs adjusting between the two of them is the jpiv's in combat re cloak. (And that's more of an immersion thing than a balance thing.) Otherwise they're fine.
