Looks like this faction is designed in a way to prevent the other players from enjoying or even playing the game. Each ot these units/abilities are available at an early time, capable of locking down important points on any map.
If they don't lock a part OF the map, they will be pushed FROM the map. It's as simple as that.
"Spammable MG with sick damage/accuracy/ROF" - please reconsider your position related to one of the most shitty HMGs in game .
Bunkers? Well, 2 problems here:
1. They are found in ONE doctrine.
2. OKW player will spend 60 amo for the HMG upgrade (AKA self cutting an arm off). Believe me, for OKW there is an important difference between having one volk squad with shreck in startgame or having two;
Ostwind? It is found in ONE doctrine, available as call in and it costs fuel. Playing as a fuel starved faction, and spending FUEL for an AI unit. Not such a smart idea I would say.

Ok, there it goes:
1. As soviet, pick tank hunters doctrine;
2. Build 2 cons squad;
3. Give AT grenade upgrade;
4. Locate AA sdkfz;
5. "Owwaaaa!!!" towards it;
6. Throw (multiple) AT grenades;
7. Sdkfz AA is dead, OKW player quits;
8. GG.
That was just ONE solution. The easiest.
Stuka? Yep, aiming 2 120 mortars and one AT ZIS. Woooshh, Woosh, Woosh.... Boooom... The 120s left in one man, retreat, reinforce at Hq. The ZIS is left in 2 men, relocates. Facepalm.
The only thing which is quite ennoying for your enemy is the Kubel, but you have to support it or else it will be flanked and killed.

Just calm down, OKW is at a rather weak spot at the moment, half of your units and buildings are commander locked and simply not good (MG34).
You face an MG34? One smoke and it has to retreat. Bunkers die from almost everything in 3 shots and need 60 munition to be of any use.
I would suggest you to change your salt to sugar, life is much nicer then.

There is a bulletin that adds supression to it's secondary gun
