I think it's in posts, electrical, and it's called transition post.I'll look when I get home. I think there are also more telephone posts under wood. BUT the one your looking for definitely has the word transition. It looks dead on bUT no wires.

Have you tried using a spline to make it? Sometimes, splines have options that single object placement doesn't.

got it so implemented, not perfect but for now ok

You could also run the splines beyond the map playable area. I think that is how they are used in stock maps.
