Holy shit, what a movie. Saw it last night on IMAX at Sony Center. Kicked ass! Bravo, George Miller.

It was totally badass. And worth seeing on big screen.

Best movie I've seen this year, hands down. Will probably go see it again :p

Beginning to middle of movie was good. Middle to end was less dramatic/boring ending/un-climatic imho.
Movie would've been awesome had they not suffered in the writing/plot department mid-end. :foreveralone:
Favorite things about movie: Action sequences/Soundtrack/Character of Max.
Least favorite things: Less-dramatic ending that could have been a lot better. Slow-ish dialogue scenes around the middle of the movie. Lead antagonist should have been more threatening/harder to fight.
Overall I'd give this movie an 8/10 for the action and the character of Max(that's being generous). Would have been a 9/10 if the plot hadn't suffered towards the end in the usual fashion and the main foe hadn't been a total let-down. :foreveralone:

+1 ivan. Not perfect in the drama/character department- the 5 x bimbos were a minor annoyance. But the rest of the movie is one of kind IMHO.

And none of you were turned into girly-men? I'm amazed, given the MRA hysteria.

TIL that Immortan Joe and Toecutter (original Mad Max) were portrayed by the same person; Hugh Keays-Byrne

“Immorten Joe has a war club, and that was my mother-in-law’s,” he said. “It was given to her during the second World War. After she died it was laying around and I thought, oh, that’s an interesting thing.”
