Another uncounterable sovishit cheese.PTRS blobs,iwin is-2,iwipe 120mm...relic has destroyed all the fun in the game with their blatant support for soviet lameness.Its not worth it anymore,coz u know OKW will get fixed in a single patch..ostheer won't in a dozen patches..and sovishit cheese will go on and on..took them 2 yrs to fix just sniper cheese....useless.

Sadly they are useless

So you have a unit which is doctrinal in 2 Soviet doctrines that can be countered by a unit in 2 Ostheer doctrines. The problem is... what?

Why can't you understand they reduce the chance to wiping squads in 1 shell, but can't make it disappear? It is called RNG.

the squad wipes from this thing is completely ridiculous. Pray to RNG god everytime u see your enemy bought of these autowipe mortars, or else GG.

You don't read the forum or play the game bro the problem is that it still wipes full health squads consistently, it's a unit you get and u leave it there without micro or using any skill and well, that's ok, you are right. :|

OKW doesn't have MHT.

Get a stuka to counter that shit and get rekt by T-34-85s.

Post a replay of a real battle where they instagib squads consistently.

I'd just prefer things like mortar shells had a smaller lethal AoE, and a larger damage radius that dealt moderate damage. They really like to miss, or land close to their targets, which makes them completely useless until they score the direct hit in which case it can be irrevocably powerful.

I'd rather the first shell miss, the second shell reduce most squad members to 50%, and the third kill off squads, rather than the first two miss completely, then the third wipe everything. The other mortars tend to work more in that fashion, but the 120mm stands out in the extremities of utility.

Or just reduce the AOE of all mortars, make them somewhat more accurate, and make them deal suppresion. All arty should do this IMO

Ok, in Romeo tourney we see how OP are 120 mortars and how many people build 120, how many wipes and another, another, another, becouse some people like to tell about players level.
I hope Axis fanboys or people who like speak about balance will count it.

Personally I've only had good success with the 120mm a few times, on small maps like Langres, and only against OKW. Could be just bad luck.

I'd like to see some suggestions how would you fix it from the people saying its OP.

Personally I'd increase range, increase spread, add supression similar to inf. gun and pack howi, and remove precision strike. Add a distinctive sound so it'll be just as easy to avoid as Stuka.
