Alt-Tabbing sometimes prevent to move the screen with mouse

Sometimes when I alt-tab, I can't move the screen with the mouse in 2 directions (right and down) by draging the cursor to the border of the screen.

do you have multiple monitors? does alt+enter twice fix it (changes it from fullscreen to windowed and back)? you can also use middle mouse to move.

Yeah, I noticed that happening too from alt-tabbing while loading.
I believe I narrowed it down to only happening from alt-tabbing back in while it was loading and finishes loading. Pretty sure when I alt-tab back in before it finishes loading that doesn't happen.
Now if you mean alt-tabbing during the game, I can't help you there. I want to make sure I win.

I encounter this problem from time to time as well and as Nuclear Arbitor said, just hit alt+enter to fix it.

Tab out and tab in again with Alt + Tab as Cabreza said.
If you can't move the screen and moving your mouse results in the turning of the camera then press Delete (or is it called 'back' in English?) twice.

I find if I Alt-Tab at the loading screen, the camera acts as if the alt key is pressed. Alt-Enter or Alt-Tab and a quick double tap of the backspace is nearly starting to become as a habitual as a build order.
