Explain: one player 4x the start army value of all others

I am new to this game, so no idea where to post this but:
me and 2 friends had a 3 vs 3 game last night,
we got destroyed,
BUT I looked at the ArmY Value graph after the match,
and one player STARTEDwith 4x the value of all of us others,
After 0.01 seconds.

is this normal, or is this cheating??

Was he OKW? or was this a custom game?

Do you still have the replay?

Cheats I can safely say don't exist for coh2.

Go to the replay section, click upload a replay and go to documents/my games/coh2/playback.

Last game will be saved as "temp" click it and upload.

Was this guy ostheer?

Cheats I can safely say don't exist for coh2.

Is it confirmed that maphacks don't exist? I know there can be no resource cheats as those would cause a sync error.

Sturmpioneers (their starting infantry)

Is worth over twice as much as the other starting infantry

They also get a truck that counts against this as well.

If he was the only OKW player then that's why he started with 4x more.

There are no direct cheats..it would cause a sync error,

Only drop glitch exploits.

Like Cookiez said. SP are more valuable than RE or CE + Truck + Volks + Volks.

i assume that this imbalance is not ACTUALLY that he starts off with troops 4x as good as everyone else ...

It is... They are 4x better than rear echelons or engineers...But they also don't get base infantry aS good as allied infantry to start and the reinforcement cost is huge to prevent spam.

I think the OKW player who has the base defences assigned to them starts with this inflated army value. IF you start a agame with 2 OKW on one side you will see one has already much higher army value

This is the correct answer. You have to train your strategists a bit more
