Recons, Flares, Runners with bonus

I researched the time of the abilities for further discussion. Obviously for what someone relic to see it and make some necessary changes.


- WER. recon------------------80MU. 60s. cooldown 30s
- SOV. recon------------------80MU. 60s. cooldown 30s
- OKW. flares-----------------60MU. 60s. cooldown 20s (no limits perimeter.)



- OKW. Pfusiler. FlaresVET1--45MU.23s (+15s EXTRA time) cooldown 0s (cooldown broken,so you can throw two flares)
- SOV. Sniper. Flares----------40MU.23s (+15s EXTRA time) cooldown 0s (cooldown broken ,so you can throw two flares)
- USF. Riflemen. I do not have the commander, but I guess the same thing happen.



- USF. MAYORrecon.----------50MU. 10s(really are 20 or 30). cooldown 80s (no control plane)
- WER. CASrecon.------------35MU. 15s(really are 20 or 30). cooldown 75s




- WER. StrafingRun.--------------200MU. 70s. cooldown 90s
- SOV. StrafingRun.---------------180MU. 70s. cooldown 90s
- SOV. ADvancedWarTactics.-----90MU. 20s. cooldown 120s
- WER. CAS.StrafingRun-----------60MU. 20s. cooldown 75s
- WER. CAS.StrafingRunHEAVY---110MU. 20s. cooldown 120s



- OKW. Radio Silence.--------------------25MU. 60s. cooldown 30s
- SOV. For the Mother Russia----------100MU. 60s. cooldown 60s
- WER. TacticalMov-----------------------40MU. 20s cooldown 55s
- WER. ConcentrateFire OfficerField---25MU. 20s (visual BUG not show the countdown) cooldown 40s
- OKW. Valiant Assault------------------100MU. 30s. cooldown 30s




RECON, FLARES:
First, any 60s ability is excessive. Therefore would reduced the flight time.
The OKW flares, not have any risk that the plane will topple. Therefore would nerf about other planes.

SNIPERFLARE, PFUSILIERE FLARES:
This ability has broken the use time and countdown, so you can launch two flares. Would be fixed.

CAS RECON, MAYOR RECON:
The ability of MAYOR is more expensive and has no control of the plane. And CASrecon has an extra recon. This must be balanced.

STRAFING RUN:
There is little to say, in general seem quite right.

RUNNERS WITH BONUS:
Said up, 60 seconds is a lot.
RadioSilence is cheap y with excessive time. Hidden troops on the minimap. Together with Valiant Assault is perfect for SPAM.
ftMotherRusia is excessive for running in 1 minute, this has little micro.

Abilities 'run' should be balanced in time and cost. If added some bonus should be more expensive the abilities.



I hope that relic speaks on March 31.

maybe try posting it on the offical forums

they actually look at that pretty often, if what cnythia says is true

Making things shorter which means making things cheaper, making them spammed more.

Since when has giant muni drains been a problem? A 60s recon run can be cut to be 5s long from AA... and a large portion of buffs is spent running around; thought that was the point...

CAS Recon is just one very slow but high flying plane...

A small criticism, unless I'm mistaken, you're also missing the USF Recon company's recon run which is a single pass.

part of the problem with this game is that a lot has changed since release and costs seldom got adjusted. this is especially true with the modifiers OKW has.

It is possible that I have expressed badly. To use a skill of 60s and you do not worry about her.

if i'm understanding you correctly: because the cooldown is so short you don't have to worry about timing as the ability is almost always available.

same thing with railway; it's a large part of what makes it decent.
