Act Of Aggression

For example:
3 unique and varied factions
20 massive maps through 5 different countries, fight away or at home!
Climb the 1v1 and 2v2 ranked leaderboards and be the best
Dedicated servers for total control
Spectator Mode: watch others play as you learn the ropes
so... basically everything Relic needed over a year for to patch in is already in AoA 1.0?!
GG, glad I left that crappy game. :-)
You will see me either on Wargame: Red Dragon or Act of Aggression battlefields.

Eugen is a very good developer, and are somewhat open with their community. However, Red Dragon suffered from similar problems as coh2 in terms of waiting months for patches, bugs and imbalances that the higher skill players pleaded to get changed yet Eugen ignored or reluctantly changed after months of denying there was a problem.
I don't mean to dissuade you from the game, but I don't want you to go in with super expectations only to get disappointed with French Relic.

Let alone the fact that there are approx 1400 units in the game. Relic's heads were about to explode when trying to balance only a fourth of that..

Even tho Relic continue to disappoint me with their COH2 strategy (insert joke here) their underlying cover/resources/unit and combat mechanics are still more interesting than the competitors imo.

i've always been eager to try wargame. i appreciate their work. i may be an extreme sorta person, but not enough to just chuck the games i like out the window and jump ship somewhere else. there's room for everything, one of the glorious things about variety.

i don't think ruse received a single patch, if we're comparing track records. xD
the publisher for ruse was ubisoft

Whereas Relic lets the community suffer due to GAMEBREAKING balance issues and bugs, Eugen Systems might overlook some issues, but these are hardly gamebreaking.
are you sure about that? from the time of release until the first DLC (which was about four months...) competitive play was ruined because the ENTIRE Redfor side couldn't compete with mixed blufor decks. the only competitive group that played red during this time was a clan from Russia/Eastern Europe.
after that, the game was somewhat balanced. however, there were and still are some units that can be easily abused in competitive play. I can go into more detail if you'd like, but to avoid completely derailing this thread with a book I'll hold off.
and if you doubt my opinions as just being some whiner 10v10 pub star, there are several casted replays of me on youtube from various people. My in game name was NATO Potato.

Another c&c clone
mh.... nope?! Seriously doubt that the makers of Wargame would make a clone of anything..
Apart from that, feel free to get your facts straight before downtalking something.
