Game runs great except some jerky-ness when scrolling the camera.
Average 40-50 frames with a GTX470 on 314.07 driver, with a 3770k.
Highest settings at 100% render at 1080p.

Ive got access to the Beta but my computer needs an upgrade to run it
(My last upgrade was actually to run COH haha)
Has anyone noticed any changes from last beta and this?
I see Tiger Doctrine was removed, any other noticeable changes?
For those dying to know, im waiting for new intel CPUs just in time for COH2 release

Thanks heaps!! for putting this up.

I haven't seen any. Only thing I saw is that they removed a doctrine, a bunch of bulletins, some medals and some skins. I think they screwed up something...

I noticed one thing: in new commander tutorial video there are like 10 commanders, wondering how many there will be in the final game.
Over 9000.

Before it went out of business THQ calculated how many commanders it would need to sell to each person to stay afloat and it had Relic add that many commanders into the game. Don't worry, though - I'm sure Sunday Night Fights will still be exciting even if some people are too poor to buy the best commanders.

I mean doctrines based around one strength makes so much more sense to me.
If it was an MMO sure make them all individual but doesnt it make more sense in terms of meta-strategy for each doctrine to do one thing well?
Isnt that more fun also? Its cool to have extra air arsenal or defenses rather than 1 bomb, 1 tank etc etc
Yes this way is easier to add new stuff specially when
1. you get 5 not 6 ability per doctrine
2. 1/3 of them is not exclusive to that doctrine like the tiger
Really really deflates how cool doctrines are when it was the golden meta part of COH. Its such a fun decision to make what doctrine will i go as
The doctrine names make little sense now

The bitterness is strong in this one.
Like Relic making a few quid is a bad thing?

i think the last update is bugged, i played 2 mathces with soviets and after selecting the doctrine i wasnt able to produce shock troops or guards, after selecting them in the doctrine icon. it stayed with penals till the end of the game in the special rifle building
*sigh* they are now a call in. Just click on the icon and then press where you want them to deploy to. Just like in COH1.

I'm not ignorant of the needs of a business- at Eurogamer Duffy explained the patching process and costs, and they are indeed huge; but there are better ways to raise money that don't screw over competition. Example: repackage all the vCoH 3v3 + 4v4 maps for CoH2, add more bridges and snow where appropriate, sell them at 5 bucks a pop. Relic are forever saying how the majority of their audience are comp stompers and that automatch/competition are less than 1% off their playerbase- so why market the DLC to mess with the latter?

But on this one I think you *might* be over-egging the pudding. Does Tiger Woods play with the same set of golf clubs as the competition? Does Bradley Wiggins use precisely the same bike as the rest of the peloton? No.
I think that tournaments should have rules where only certain loadouts are allowed, but skilful use of doctrines and int updates should be part of pro play. I really do. And if that means that 'pros' should invest in *extremely* cheap pieces of DLC (please, figure out the hours you play versus what you've paid and tell me its expensive) then so be it.
I'm not trolling or being a contrarian, I've thought about this a lot. Competition has *never* been 'fair' every sportsperson has 'the aggregation of marginal difference' at the heart of their winning regime. And the truly awesome player will still beat a lesser one with "all the gear and no idea."
