Coh2 stuttering problem

Hello everyone.

This is very serious for me so please no jokes Keepo.
So first of all I started to get a lot of fps stuttering in coh2 when ever I select unit.
This started to happen long time ago so I'm sure I can't blame relic patches...
I have uploaded video where you can see what problem I got
(note that it's 30 fps and because of rendering you can't actualy spot these micro lag spikes so please take your attention to statgraph, fps drops everytime I select unit) I know it's barely visable... if you know how to change color please tell me.

So here we are, anybody know what is wrong ?

My pc specs:
gpu - sapphire HD 7870 Ghz edition
cpu - amd a10-5800k 3.80 Ghz
hdd - toshiba dt01aca100 1tb
mother - asus F2A85-V PRO
psu - don't remember name but it's 720w

this is what i do to reduce these , put every thing to low and play :( and restart game after every 3 matches or so.

Everything is already on low. I'ts not how low fps I get it's about why I'm getting these fps stutters.

Have you run any non game individual checks on your PC components?

You could narrow this down doing such things.

Download update for your graphic card.

But it's maybe your connection.

And refresh your false playercard below your posts Kappa
I was ranked 1 in 1vs1 with the 4 factions available in 2015.

Wow it reduced stuttering but it's still happening. As I can see from there something isn't right with audio ?

I'd be blaming your current install.

Or possibly even your HDD at this point, even if it is only in CoH2.

Like I say run some individual specs tests and you can get a more definitive answer. (Don't forget to do tests on your line 1 out of game 1 in game)

It's mostly in every game excluding games like tf2 , bf series and csgo...

I dunno what the problem with audio is, but a few patches ago I was facing idiotically long loading times. I am able to run the game on high with medium AA at 50 FPS but the load times were... :/ I tried setting low graphics but it didn't help. Eventually I experimented with low audio and voila... it was fixed.

I have this same stuttering/lag too since the latest patches. I'm also losing connection (nd reconnecting) some games. I'm having these problems for a month now I think, never had it before.

Sorry for always harping on about this, but try never alt-tabbing after opening the game. It started causing me problems inconsistently a few patches ago. Using the browser in steam overlay seems fine.

How much RAM do you have and any idea how much you are using while in game?

windows 64 bit, 16 gb rams. Coh2 is 32bit so it can take only 2 gb.
